1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary.
2. Do you provide tracking numbers for shipped items?
Yes, all items shipped come with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order once it has been shipped.
3. What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
4. Can I return a custom made order?
No, we do not accept returns on custom made orders. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the specifications before placing your order.

6. What items are eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

No, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
9. What if I haven't received my refund yet?

10. Who is responsible for the shipping costs of a return?
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
